Noodles Plan to Upsell Customers
Noodles & Company will start adding free-floating servers who will visit tables to see if guests would be interested in purchasing more food, dessert, coffee, even beer or wine. Four Sisters Clarendon – Third Time’s a Charm
Clarendon doesn’t have many choices for authentic Asian. Last year, we wrote off Rien Tong after several not too stellar episodes with bland food and rude service. Four Sisters is a long running family owned business that originated at the Eden Center and Merrifield Town …

Rien Tong – Tasteless & Rude
Rien Tong is a Thai Sushi shop in the heart of Clarendon. It’s perfectly located since there’s a dearth of good Asian restaurants this side of Arlington. I’ve visited several times over the year and got a mixed reaction. Sometimes the service was fast. Other times, I would have done better just going to Whole Foods. The food is ok, but …
The Pedicabber
The following weekend, Zach and I were in my Subaru Baja driving at full speed on the NJ Turpike to NYC.“Why are we driving up to the Big Apple just to pick up a damn rickshaw?” Zach asked incredulously. “Segways are all the rage on the Mall.”“So we can hang signage promoting our brand and ride it all over town.”“Can’t …
