Lyon Hall – Mussels & Donuts

If you come to Lyon Hall, you must have the mussels. They are literally out of this world!!  Perfect for two to share although I could easily consume it all by myself, if no one was watching.10155715_692135794157601_4968790712228617078_n

The sauce is rich, buttery, and oh so Heavenly!  You need a lot of bread to dip soak it up, or else I might just drink directly from the bowl.

We were warmly met by Chef de Cuisine, Matt Hill.  Matt welcomed us with some homemade donuts.


Warm and succulent, we devoured each one, lusting over all four flavors.  We had chocolate, sugar glazed, even a coca cola flavored.  They were sweet, savory, smokey — a perfect blend of happiness.


The bathroom is literally a trip. Make sure you’re not too tipsy when you walk in, and don’t be surprised when you see people of the opposite sink.
