Theaters offering $3 Fares on Saturday Sept 3

Labor Day weekend is typically a bit of a slump for movie theaters. But this Saturday, Sept. 3, multiple theater chains are offering $3 movie tickets, including their premium screens (IMAX, Dolby Cinema, ScreenX, 4DX, etc.) to celebrate National Cinema Day.

Many of the region’s theaters — including indie spots like The Miracle Theatre and swanky new offerings like Alamo Drafthouse in Eckington, are participating. Most theaters will be screening their newest releases for $3, including Nope, Bullet Train, Bodies Bodies Bodies, and The Invitation. But another big draw is returning movies, like Spider-Man: No Way Home, with 11 extra minutes of footage.

So if you’re looking for some cheap plans for your long weekend, here’s a roundup of movie theaters participating in the event.
