Never thought my favorite Asian buffet would feature a Cajun seafood boil with lots of shellfish and finger-licking good crawfish. Flaming Grill, where I have been found to be stuffing myself silly with shrimp lo mein, steamed crabs and spring rolls, have introduced a new dish – the ever-popular Seafood Boil.
The boil consists of crawfish, red potatoes, shrimp and mussels. There’s plenty of meat and lots of spiciness for a nice kick. The big, heavy bag of goodness features Flaming Grill’s homemade, hot and spicy seasoning.
If you’re an arroz-lover like me, I used the rice to mop up all the juices that flowed freely from the double-walled plastic bag.
You can choose Snow crab legs, headless shrimp, Green mussels, Sausage and of course the ever-popular Crawfish
The Buffet line is open again – the difference is you will have to pick your dishes and the Flaming Grill staff will serve you. You never really wanted to get your crummy hands on the serving utensils in the first place, and now you can save your energy for enjoying your meal.
