Argentina fans from all around the area converged on Cafe Citron to cheer on their favorite Latin team. It was a mad house with fans arriving as early as noon to reserve a good seat.
In the first half, the crowd erupted when Gonzalo Higuain provided a close goal, but sadly was offside. It then turned into a an exciting game with both sides providing emotional drama.
When Lionel Messi’s potential game-tying free kick sailed high above the bar, many fans became heart broken and disappointed.
Still it was a great game and Argentina had an amazing World Cup run.
