Rudy Kestem is a born entrepreneur. He moved from his beloved Istanbul in 1998 to start a new business and new life in America. He’s the brawn and brains behind his namesake restaurant — something he wanted to do a little differently in Howard County.
So three years ago, Rudy opened Rudy’s Mediterranean Grill. He brought a great chef from Istanbul to prepare the dishes. The food is authentic Turkish but it also combines American and Italian. The restaurant opens early and serves breakfast all day.
