H Street Organic Market in the former Z Mart space is a family-owned local grocery store providing an extensive selection of high quality, fresh organic fruits and vegetables.
The store is historic because it’s the first organic market to open on H Street.
There are several aisles of products including grains, frozen, dairy and coffee, including espresso. They provide my favorite Brown Cow Yogurt.And the produce and dairy is a lot fresher than the H Street Giant.
“You can find all of your favorite specialty food items here”, said owner Abdellla Fudeyle. “We carry a great selection of all natural and organic groceries in addition to vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options.”
