[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he casual dining chain whose sales have been slim in recent quarters has restructured its corporate staff and has now put their menu on an extreme weight loss diet.
Chili’s is slashing its menu by a whopping 40% from 125 to 75 items to focus on three things: Burgers, Fajitas and Ribs.
“We had to take control of what we could control,” Chili’s President Kelli Valade said. “We had potentially lost our way.”
Chili’s is dropping its leaner menu in hopes of fattening its sales.
