Beef Steak has landed at GWU
Beefsteak is fast, crave-worthy food created by one of America’s most respected chefs. Jose Andres brings the culinary craft into the everyday, lovingly prepared and tailor made for today’s busy lifestyles especially the folks at GWU. Colocated at the University’s new Science and Engineering Hall, Beef Steak doesn’t serve much meat. The only animal products are chicken, salmon and poached eggs which is provided as an add-on.
Veggies are paired with warm grains, creamy sauces and crunchy toppings.
