WASHINGTON – D.C. Fire crews have recovered a dead, pregnant woman’s body in the Potomac River at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling. The body was spotted by fishermen on base around 12:30pm.
The woman is Black, pregnant and appears to be in her 20s or 30s.
Officials have not released any information on the incident at this time. An autopsy will be conducted to determine cause of death.
