The owner of Society Restaurant pleaded guilty to conspiring to possess with the intent to distribute between 3,000 to 10,000 kilograms of marijuana.
The former basketball star from George Mason University was caught with more than 200 pounds of marijuana by a Texas state trooper in 2009.
Miskiri will forfeit Society Restaurant as part of the plea deal and is expected to get less than a 10 year sentence.
