Lima Lounge to Close After NYE

“ALL GOOD THINGS MUST COME TO AN END”

After 10 years of being at the forefront of D.C. Nightlife, it is with both sadness and excitement that we announce Lima Lounge & Fujimar Restaurant will be closing its doors on Saturday, January 3rd, 2015. Our lease has ended and it’s time now to say a fond farewell to our home of almost a decade.

We have had an amazing ride. For 10 years, Lima has been home to amazing parties, music, food, friends and many of DC’s premiere events. We would never have reached our 10 year milestone without our loyal patrons and our amazing staff. To celebrate this accomplishment, and more importantly YOU, we are having our farewell parties on Friday, January 2nd and Saturday, January 3rd, 2015.

However just because we are closing our doors, don’t think we are going away. We are not.

Saturday nights, beginning the very next week, we move around the corner to The Park on 14th bringing you a five level extravaganza (including an enclosed outdoor patio) the likes of which DC has not seen since the days of Dream.

“Movement” Saturdays represents not only the perfect party in every sense of the word, but also the coming together once more of DC nightlife moguls Masoud A and Marc Barnes. A powerful force that was last experienced during the hey days of Dream Nightclub. To those of you that attended, you know what we’re talking about. To those who didn’t, get ready. “Movement” is going to take DC Nightlife by storm! ‪#‎JoinTheMovement‬

We would be honored to have you as our guests for the Grand Opening of Movement Saturdays at The Park on Saturday, January 10th, 2015.

Friday nights you can find us at Barcode on 17th and L Street NW, starting Friday, January 16th. Great food, friends, music, and hookahs (on the heated outdoor patio) will fuel our brand new weekly affair at our sister venue.

We also have big plans for the near future. Our newest concept restaurant “Greenhouse Bistro” is slated to open Fall 2015 in Tyson’s Corner. Also don’t rule out LIMA’s return to DC in the future.

Thank you for 10 years of support. We look forward to having you along for the ride as we (smoothly and rapidly) transition to the next phase. Stay tuned for much, much more!
